Worship at Seventh & James

Worship at Seventh & James reflects our belief that this hour is one of pilgrimage and encounter. The procession of choir and worship leadership is symbolic of the people of God as pilgrims arriving to worship. The periods of congregational participation include moments of silence for reflection and confrontation with the Spirit of God. The various meditations and hymns are designed to evoke and interpret the worshipper's needs before God - gratitude, confession, reflection, praise, confrontation, forgiveness, renewal, and commitment.

Seventh & James follows the Liturgical Calendar and the Lectionary.
